The main purpose of this position is to ensure high quality software is delivered to our customers. Supported by the Development team, the individual may implement and develop the tools and procedures necessary to achieve the objectives.

Academics requirements

  • System/Software Engineer or related titles


  • At least one year of experience as Quality Assurance Analyst

  •  Ensure bugless and requirement compliant software is delivered.

  • Enforce the meet of expected delivery times.

  • Promote any improvement considered may contribute to improve organization and procedures of the position and the whole team.

  • Maintain an excellent and efficient communication dynamic with the team head and colleagues.


  • Perform software and workflows audit.

  • Write software documentation.

  • Collaborate with Developers team to reproduce bugs/issues.

  • Write specifications of tickets delivered by Helpdesk team.

  • Contribute with any action needed to reach team goals.
